Do you feel like talking face-to-face? Join us from the comfort of your home. Our monthly peer support groups offer a chance to break isolation, feel understood, and exchange tips for better managing the illness.
The support meetings are led by a volunteer who moderates the group and facilitates the sessions. This person can also answer your questions within the scope of their knowledge (facilitators are usually not healthcare professionals). The facilitation team ensures a positive and friendly atmosphere, and discussions take place in the form of open exchanges.
Together, we can make a difference in managing our condition daily.

Michelle Cousineau, facilitator
Michelle has been living with chronic migraine for over 40 years. Although she is now retired, she was an IT professional for 25 years and discovered many creative ways to enjoy a successful career. Over time, she has learned that she may never become migraine-free, but she has a very good chance of improving the frequency and severity of her migraine episodes. That is a very positive thing. She hopes that people who join the support group meetings find comfort in knowing they are not alone on their journey and that their experience will improve as they gain knowledge through sharing.
